Our project development team will receive your plans or furniture, along with any necessary photos or sketches. Our team will look these over, ensure everything makes sense, ask all pertinent questions and develop project plans and complete specifications within a couple of business days. As soon as fabric and build decisions are made, we are dedicated solely to the project until its completion. White glove delivery will follow to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition.

We've got your Back!
Once we're given the go-ahead, our product development team will provide to our furniture technicians all the specifications, plans, paperwork, fabric and, in some cases, frames and/or padding, necessary for the order to be completed in a timely manner. Our standards will be clear, and a member of our project development team will be available for production planning and execution at all times. Above all, we will ensure that the entire process will be seamless and time-sensitive.

A project manager will be available every step of the way to answer critical design questions and shorten the learning curve of production staff. At completion, the project management team will inspect the final product to confirm that it meets our standards. The pieces will then be prepared for White Glove delivery.
